Since kamp has been over, most every morning I have been on my bike. I just need to work out a little of that left over kamp energy before I go to sit in an office for 8hours. It's therapy for sure.
When you ride around here, you always feel like you are going up a hill. It's tough to find a flat spot in the Ozarks. But you know what? I don't mind. Not only is it a good workout, it's always great scenery.
Each morning as I make the turn to head back in to town, I pass a spot in the road where you can see for miles. It's a typical Ozarks mountain view where the greens and the blues just come alive as far as the eye can see.
It's there that I think of Psalm 121 when David says, "I will lift my eyes unto the mountains, for where shall my help come from? My help comes from the Lord..." the Palmist continues, "Who made heaven and earth."
